Ikon will be presenting a major exhibition of woodblock prints by 19th century Japanese artist Utagawa Hiroshige from 28 November 2007 – 20 January 2008.
The exhibition of iconic work is curated by renowned British artist, Julian Opie and includes the artist’s sketchbooks as well as rarely seen triptychs. A stunning new publication of the work will also accompany the exhibition. Visit the Hiroshige exhibition pages to find out more.
