This Could Happen To You: Ikon in the 1970s

Ikon invites you to the opening of our new exhibition, This Could Happen To You: Ikon in the 1970s. 32 artists who exhibited at Ikon during the 70s bring their work back to the gallery. Large-scale paintings, silkscreen prints, banners and animation reflect a decade of radical change.
The opening is followed by live music with singer-songwriter Timothy Parkes.
Exhibition continues to 5 September (open Tuesday-Sunday, 11am-6pm).

As part of Ikon's examination of the 1970s, Ikon shows the work of photographer Harold E. Edgerton at The Pallasades Shopping Centre, the gallery's former home.
