You, the reader is a new limited edition print produced by Ryan Gander to coincide with his exhibition, Heralded as the new black currently on show at Ikon. This archival digital print is an edition of 50, W594 x H420mm produced from a commissioned watercolour illustration by Mark Beesley of Suffolk, showing the artists studio during the day.
Heralded as the new black is Ryan Gander’s first
exhibition since taking 2007 as a ‘year out’ in which to travel and develop new
work. Arranged in collaboration with South London Gallery and Museum
Boijmans Van Beuningen, Rotterdam, it constitutes a much anticipated
return with new installations, objects and film.
