British artist Peter Liversidge presented sound and sculptural work at various venues throughout Birmingham. For Howling Wolves, Liversidge drove around the streets at sunrise, broadcasting the sound of howling wolves from the back of a van. Carcass involveed the installation of a thirty foot high inflatable dinosaur skeleton in prominent sites throughout the city including Birmingham’s Bullring. These projects playfully delved into our nostalgic desire for the mythological past and provide a connection with the natural world.
