Ikon offers over 440m² of elegant and spacious gallery spaces,
providing an exceptional setting with high ceilings and an abundance of
natural light. The exhibitions not only provide a wonderful and truly
original backdrop for a variety of events, they also offer a
stimulating talking point for guests, making an event at Ikon a unique
and rewarding experience.
The gallery can accommodate a range of corporate hospitality events
including receptions, breakfast meetings, seminars, presentations and product launches.
Ikon presents between eight and ten unique
exhibitions each year, each of which alters the appearance of the
galleries dramatically. Exhibitions run for six weeks and provide a
truly original backdrop for corporate entertaining and private events.
Capacity
The maximum capacity on each gallery floor is 150 people, depending on the exhibition at the time. Please download the gallery floor plans.

Availability
The galleries are available for hire Tuesday –
Sunday from 6pm onwards and all day on Mondays. These rates apply to
hire of the spaces for one session - morning (7am-10am), afternoon (3
hours) or evening (6pm-9pm).
Rates
The First and Second Floor Galleries are available to hire individually
or together. These are flat rates with no VAT charged. Discounts are
available for patrons and non profit
organisations. Ikon does not hire its galleries for private
exhibitions.

Single Gallery £1,250
These rates include basic staff costs (it is mandatory for gallery
invigilation staff to be present during events) and the use of basic
furniture such as tables, chairs and coat rails.
Additional hours cost £350 per hour for hire of both galleries, or £200 per hour for one gallery. For hires which go beyond 11pm please contact Ikon for prices.
Exhibition tours
Guided exhibition tours led by Ikon’s
experienced curators are also available upon request, serving as an
excellent introduction to the work of leading international artists. A
curatorial tour costs £100 +VAT.
Technical equipment
A range of technical equipment is also available
for a small charge which includes set-up and assistance. Ikon has a
wide range of equipment including data projectors, screens, overhead
projectors, laptops, CD players, DVD players, video players, slide
projectors, televisions, a PA system, microphones, a podium and several
uplighters.
These must be reserved in advance. Further hire of
equipment and technical assistance can be arranged by request.
Catering
Catering is provided by Cafe Ikon, a Spanish restaurant located on-site. Cafe Ikon offers a whole range of options to meet your requirements including sandwiches, tapas, breakasts, cocktails, buffets and canapés. Click here for information on the variety of services provided.
Alternative catering can also be used, subject to agreement with the gallery.
