The Events Room is a practical and more intimate venue, ideal for
presentations and small seminars. This is a versatile space with a
number of lighting options and internet access available.

The Events Room has a capacity of 50 people standing or 35 seated.

The Events Room provides 63m² of space and the dimensions are 4.5m height x 9m length x 7m width.

These are flat rates as no VAT is charged. Discounts are available for patrons of Ikon and non profit organisations.
Availability
The Events Room is available Monday – Sunday, 9am – 9pm.
Technical equipment
A range of technical equipment is also available
for a small charge which includes set-up and assistance. Ikon has a
wide range of equipment including data projectors, screens, overhead
projectors, laptops, CD players, DVD players, video players, slide
projectors, televisions, a PA system, microphones, a podium and several
uplighters.
These must be reserved in advance. Further hire of
equipment and technical assistance can be arranged by request.
Catering
Catering is provided by Cafe Ikon, a Spanish
restaurant located on-site. Cafe Ikon offers a whole range of options
to meet your requirements including sandwiches, tapas, breakasts,
cocktails, buffets and canapés. Click here for information on the variety of services provided.
